October 2023 - The Gaia-X 4 KI project met on 26 and 27 September 2023 for a project meeting at the T-Systems premises in Bonn. In view of the remaining project duration of 8 months, the coordinator Sascha Knake-Langhorst (DLR) initiated the "project end spurt".‍

The first day started with demonstrations of the use cases, which have again gained significantly in maturity compared to the mid-term meeting in March 2023 (use case demos). The presentations facilitated detailed discussions and valuable dialogue between the project partners. In particular, the personal and informal interaction helped to address existing technical challenges and discuss suitable solutions

At the end of the first day and on the second day, the focus turned to the future. The focus was on planning the work in the sub-projects as well as questions relating to the basic organisation of the approaching project conclusion.‍

The participation of the partners in Base-X and HMI 2024 were also part of the agenda. Several partners from the project discussed specific proposals, which will be submitted via the relevant channels of the project family.‍

Strengthened and confident, the project is now dedicating itself to the tasks of the remaining project term and is looking forward to a successful finish in May next year.‍‍‍
